TSR Honda France rider Alan Techer is aiming for number one in the FIM Endurance World Championship.<\/strong><\/p><p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p><p>The Japanese squad lost the coveted #1 following the 2023 Bol d\u2019Or season finale where a technical failure forced Techer and team-mates Mike Di Meglio and Josh Hook to retire from the event. F.C.C. TSR Honda France had been bidding for a second consecutive EWC title at the time.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>But Techer is optimistic of regaining #1 following a test in Japan last month aboard the 2024-specification Honda CBR1000RR-R Fireblade.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>The 29-year-old said:\u00a0<\/strong><em>\u201cThe bike was just amazing, so I want to say thank you Honda and TSR because they did a very good job. I take a lot of pleasure on the bike, and we improve a lot. We test a lot of things and I\u2019m sure we are competitive for Le Mans and for all the races. I\u2019m very excited to start the new championship with this bike and I\u2019m sure we can make a good season.
