Nous avons senti qu&rsquo;il \u00e9tait temps de relever un nouveau d\u00e9fi et nous savons que la moto peut \u00eatre tr\u00e8s comp\u00e9titive en EWC parce que nous avons eu l&rsquo;occasion d&rsquo;essayer certains des composants sp\u00e9cifiques \u00e0 l&rsquo;EWC. Cela a facilit\u00e9 le changement, mais nous savons que les motos Superstock et Formula EWC sont tr\u00e8s diff\u00e9rentes.<\/em><\/p><p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p><p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Il y a beaucoup plus de r\u00e9glages possibles sur la g\u00e9om\u00e9trie de la moto et l&rsquo;adaptation aux nouveaux pneus est un point important car nous allons passer de Dunlop, le fournisseur officiel en Superstock, \u00e0 Michelin ou Pirelli. Nous devrons donc apprendre rapidement comment les pneus se comportent et comment les utiliser au mieux. \u00bb<\/em><\/p><p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p><p>Romain Mang\u00e9 a tenu \u00e0 s&rsquo;assurer qu&rsquo;il ne s&rsquo;agissait pas simplement d&rsquo;entrer dans la cat\u00e9gorie Formula EWC, mais de donner l&rsquo;opportunit\u00e9 aux pilotes et m\u00e9caniciens du BMRT3D maxxess Nevers de franchir eux aussi une nouvelle \u00e9tape.<\/p><p><em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous pr\u00e9parons actuellement les motos \u00e0 Nevers avec le m\u00eame personnel et dans le m\u00eame atelier que les saisons pr\u00e9c\u00e9dentes\u00a0\u00bb, <\/em>a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9<em>. \u00ab\u00a0L&rsquo;\u00e9quipe de b\u00e9n\u00e9voles a \u00e9t\u00e9 assez stable ces derni\u00e8res ann\u00e9es et nous n&rsquo;avons pas ressenti le besoin de faire de grands changements. En ce qui concerne les pilotes, c&rsquo;est un peu la m\u00eame histoire. <\/em><strong><em>Loris Cresson<\/em><\/strong><em> et <\/em><strong><em>Julien Pilot <\/em><\/strong><em>sont ravis de passer en EWC et resteront avec nous. <\/em><strong><em>Kevin Denis<\/em><\/strong><em> restera \u00e9galement avec nous, mais en tant que quatri\u00e8me pilote de r\u00e9serve. Nous avions diff\u00e9rentes options pour notre troisi\u00e8me pilote, mais nous avons d\u00e9cid\u00e9 de rester prudents et son nom sera annonc\u00e9 prochainement.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p><p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p><p><strong>En ce qui concerne les objectifs pour la saison 2024, Romain Mang\u00e9 pr\u00e9f\u00e8re jouer l\u2019attente, du moins dans un premier temps. <\/strong><em>\u00ab\u00a0Notre objectif pour 2024 serait d&rsquo;\u00eatre devant la premi\u00e8re moto d la cat\u00e9gorie Superstock sur chaque course\u00a0\u00bb,<\/em> a-t-il d\u00e9clar\u00e9. <em>\u00ab\u00a0Nous avons une relation \u00e0 long terme avec nos partenaires, les m\u00eames qui nous ont soutenus en Superstock suivront l&rsquo;\u00e9quipe dans ce nouveau d\u00e9fi. Mais, bien s\u00fbr, nous sommes toujours ouverts \u00e0 de nouveaux partenariats, ce qui pourrait rendre possible une participation aux 8 Heures de Suzuka.\u00a0\u00bb<\/em><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<section class=\"elementor-section elementor-top-section elementor-element elementor-element-11d76fb elementor-section-boxed elementor-section-height-default elementor-section-height-default\" data-id=\"11d76fb\" data-element_type=\"section\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-container elementor-column-gap-default\">\n\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-column elementor-col-100 elementor-top-column elementor-element elementor-element-2845301\" data-id=\"2845301\" data-element_type=\"column\">\n\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-wrap elementor-element-populated\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-38571b6 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"38571b6\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p>BMRT3D maxxess Nevers will step up to the Formula EWC category for this season\u2019s FIM Endurance World Championship \u2013 and is giving its existing riders and staff the opportunity to do likewise.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p>A frontrunner in the Superstock-based FIM Endurance World Cup, BMRT3D maxxess Nevers\u2019 graduation underlines the squad\u2019s ambition and determination to build on the success it has achieved in the EWC so far.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Romain Mang\u00e9, who runs the Kawasaki-powered French team, explained: <\/strong><em>\u201cBMRT3D maxxess Nevers has been competing in the Superstock category for a few years now. We felt it was time for a new challenge and we know the bike can be very competitive in EWC because we had the opportunity to try some of the specific EWC components. This has made the switch a lot easier, but we know the Superstock and Formula EWC bikes are quite different.<\/em><\/p><p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p><p><em>\u201cThere are a lot more possible settings on the bike geometry and adapting to the new tyres is an important point as we will switch from Dunlop, the official supplier in Superstock, to Michelin or Pirelli. So we will have to quickly learn how the tyres behave and how best to use them.\u201d<\/em><\/p><p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p><p>Mang\u00e9 was keen to ensure that it wasn\u2019t just a case of simply entering the Formula EWC category but of giving the opportunity for the existing BMRT3D maxxess Nevers\u2019 riders and mechanics to make the next step as well.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><em>\u201cWe are currently preparing the bikes in Nevers with the same staff and in the same workshop as the last seasons,\u201d<\/em> <strong>he said<\/strong>. <em>\u201cThe team of volunteers has been quite stable in the last years, and we didn&rsquo;t feel the need to make big changes. In terms of riders, it\u2019s a bit of the same story. <\/em><strong><em>Loris Cresson<\/em><\/strong><em> and <\/em><strong><em>Julien Pilot<\/em><\/strong><em> are excited to switch to EWC and will stay with us. <\/em><strong><em>Kevin Denis<\/em><\/strong><em> will also continue with us but as the fourth reserve rider. We had different options for our third rider but decided to stay safe and his name is to be announced soon.\u201d<\/em><\/p><p><em>\u00a0<\/em><\/p><p><strong>In terms of targets for the 2024 season, Mang\u00e9 is keeping his expectations in check, initially at least. <\/strong><em>\u201cOur goal for 2024 would be to be ahead of the first SST bike on each race,\u201d<\/em> <strong>he said<\/strong>. <em>\u201cWe have a long-term relationship with our partners, the same who supported us in SST will follow the team in this new challenge.
